1. Do you carry sizes larger than shown on your site?
Yes, however, you, just email us to inquire about that. Some shirts just do not come from our various vendors in larger sizes.
2. Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with the product that you ordered, you can email us about a refund. PLease send back the product(s) we ill issue you a refund (you must pay to ship the product(s) back).
3. If I made a mistake in ordering a size what do I do?
If you made a mistake when ordering a specific size, the wrong shirt or color, yes. We will send you the same shirt in the new size you inquire about. If the shirt does not fit you correctly , simply send back the shirt (you pay for postage on any shirt returned to us) and we will refund or exchange with the same product.
NOTE: We are a small business. Shirts are made upon ordering. That meams, we understand mistakes are made with sizes, color or addition features. We can not get back the time of making the shirt and shipping it just like you must ship it back out . We do not get a blank shirt. This is why we have this policy.
4. Can I get my shirt custom designed with my name or differnt style of shirt or shirt color? No, our site is as the shirts are designed (unisex style and sizeswith options if they are available when ordering. Please do not ask!
5. Do you make custom shirts? No, we are always open to new ideas. Email us!
6. Can I change the wording on a shirt? No!
7. Do you take cash/app or Venmo? Currently no, because it is a business and there is no indivdual to send it to?
8. Do you refund glassware? No, All sales are final. While we understand mistakes are made, there will be no compensation for this. No refunds or exchanges.
9. Can we tip for custom work that was completed? No! We do apprectiate your gratitude howver, it is just not neccessary. We thank you orfering from Shirtpad.com.
10. How will know when my product is shipped? You will be provided with a tracking number to the email you privided when you placed your order. NOTE: Dues to COVID-19 please, expect delayes that are beyond our control. If you would like expedited shipping please email us.
